Name: Older Adults/"Primetimers"

Programs for men and women in their 60's to 90+! This very active group of seniors enjoys meeting monthly for lunch and special speakers and programs. They look forward to wonderful trips and outings.  This group is busy volunteering their time and energy for many projects at  the church.

New to the Older Adult schedule is the exercise program on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. at the church, fall through spring.

Involvement:

Call a friend or neighbor and plan on attending the next luncheon and speaker - the 4th Thursday of each month.

Lifequest (formerly Shepherd's Center) offers Adventures in Learning classes and other opportunities for life-long learning and meaningful volunteerism for adults, age 55+. PHUMC has been a supporting congregation for more than 20 years. More information is available at www.lifequestofarkansas.org

Our Older Adults run a Respite Care program for Altheimerzer patients on Tuesdays. They always need volunteers to help staff this exciting and rewarding effort
