The Hunger Ministry

Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church's goal in our ministry to those who are hungry is to reach undernourished families and alleviate the causes of their hunger.

PHUMC is always looking for participants in this missions and your involvement is always welcomed and appreciated.

PHUMC Food Pantry Collects and distributes canned goods, dry goods and cash for delivery to local group homes, pantries, Divine Favor Food Bank and needy families referred to the church. PHUMC collects a "food of the month" and cash donations. Canned and dry goods may be left in the marked receptacles in the church reception area. PHUMC also sponsors fundraisers like Souper Bowl Sunday to help with the food distribution. Volunteers deliver grocery sacks of food on Saturday mornings.  For more information, call (501) 664-3600.
