iDoubt: Questions about Faith

To doubt is human, even for people of faith. Frederick Buechner once said, “Doubt is the ants in the pants of faith.” Doubt can keep us moving forward in our journey of faith, as it compels us to seek deeper answers to the big questions in life. But we must also acknowledge that doubt can also be paralyzing and destructive to the life of faith if not handled well. In this sermon series starting on January 22nd, we will be looking at how questioning and doubting can play a sacred role in our spiritual journeys. We will also be looking at a handful of the tough questions that Christians struggle with today, such as:

  • Can you be a believer and still have doubts?
  • Can you believe in God and evolution?
  • Is Jesus the only way to be saved?
  • Why bother with church?
  • Are we living in the end times?

We hope that you will be inspired and challenged through these thought-provoking messages!
