This may be our most popular hike. We hike along the mountains above the Buffalo River and enjoy great views along the trail. Leave from church at 6 a.m. and return after dark.

Maintenance Hike
Rating – easy to moderate, 6 miles
Every year we help maintain a section of the Ozark Highland Trail in the Richland Creek area. The work is each and the pace slow. Leave from church at 6 a.m. and return after dark.
April 14, 2012
Cossatot River
Rating – moderate to strenuous, 7 miles
We hike a new portion of the trail this year, starting at the Visitors Center. We pass Cossatot Falls, which should have good water this time of year. However, we don’t have to cross the river. Leave from church at 6 a.m. and return late afternoon or early evening.
